I use virgin coconut oil In my coffee and in my mixed drinks with fruits like pinacolada, you may find the coconut oil not virgin in any supermaket. It is great for cooking, add to rice, omelets or any salty disches. Enjoy.

I honestly would not have thought that coconut oil had so many benefits. I really can't imagine that it tastes that good, but I guess I'll have to give it a try. I drank coconut water once when I lived in Mexico and ever since then I haven't wanted to touch the stuff. haha I'm sure it's good though.

I use coconut oil when I cook. It will adapt to what ever spice you use and you rarely, if ever, taste the oil unless you use too much. Even then, in some Thai dishes it is amazing. My health, appearance, and energy have all improved. I use coconut oil for everything and when I don't cook with it I take 2 teaspoons full in the morning and 2 at night. I wash it down with hot tea or coffee to make sure it goes down. Yum. The only downfall is that it does not like high heat, but other then that it has replaced all other oils.

Yep, coconut is definitely great and is really healthy. I've been surprised how many meals on my diet recommend coconut oil over other oils. And it's so good too!

As a diabetic coconut has helped my weight and hunger issue. I bake it at 350 for 25-30 min. Let it cool, crack it with a hammer, extract it from the shell with a spoon or butter knife, cut it in pieces, put it in the frig as a snack when I want junk food. I have lost a lot of weight, my health, skin and hair are so better now. Try it! I put it in snack bags when I travel.

If you're looking for ways to incorporate it in your day, try starting your day off right by stirring it into your coffee. Doesn't taste greasy and gives your coffee a very delicate coconut flavor

I use coconut oil for all sorts of uses - for cooking oil, hair conditioner, and skin moisturizer. But make sure to use the Extra virgin coconut oil for a less processed version. It's more expensive, but its worth it!

Less salt than gatorade and custom mixes to suit your needs. As for the calories unless your anorexic or a couch potato I don't think 100 calories will kill you..
